Not entering this year? You can still support our contest by helping us recruit judges or by volunteering to read and rate a panel of books. Please use and share this judging signup form.

Winners will be announced at Passionate Ink event at 2017 RWA conference in Denver. Winners need not be present.

Contest Rules

Eligibility

Contest is open to all high heat romance books published in 2017. All entries must be previously unpublished in any format prior to 2017 and must possess an original copyright date of 2017. (If the paperback format was released in 2016 and the ebook was released in 2017, 2016 would be the date of first publication and the book would be ineligible for Passionate Plume entry.)

Passionate Ink members: $25
RWA members: $30
Non-members: $35

You must be a PI member to pitch, and the book must be 100% written.

Got a new release you want to show off? Help us help you. Broadcast your new releases with us in our newsletter.

The titles will also be added to our Goodreads page, and the covers and details will be shared on the PI blog over on the PI website.

How to submit

Send your cover (200x300 pixels, jpg format), a description of fewer than 100 words, and the URL of your author website to the VP of Marketing & Communications. Or, post your info in our forums!

There's limited space in each newsletter - be sure to send in your covers before the end of the month prior to announcement (to appear in the April newsletter, submit your info by the end of March).
